We’re proudly partnering with All Communication Matters to offer a speech screening at Mount Colah Alphabet Academy on the 1st of April. 🦋 The Butterfly Garden Came to Visit! 🌿

For the past two weeks, our little learners have been mesmerized by the butterfly garden at Alphabet Academy! They’ve explored the incredible lifecycle of the monarch butterfly, getting up close to caterpillars, chrysalises, and stunning butterflies. 🐛🦋

Watching the metamorphosis process in action sparked curiosity, wonder, and a deeper appreciation for nature—what a magical learning experience for the children and educators alike! 🌼💛

My little bubba is turning one this week 🥳🎈

For my little one’s first birthday, I wanted something quick, healthy, and fun—so I’m going to make this easy Berry Banana Ice-Cream Cake! 🎂✨ It’s a simple, no-bake treat with just a few ingredients, and the best part? It’s super flexible! Swap oats for nuts, berries for mango, or coconut yogurt for any creamy alternative. Perfect for little hands and big celebrations! ❤️

Berry Banana Ice-Cream Cake 🎂✨

Ingredients:

Base (Nut-Free):
1 1/2 cups oats
1 cup pitted dates
2 tbsp coconut oil

Ice-Cream Layers:
3 bananas
2 cups frozen berries (strawberries & blueberries)
1 cup coconut yogurt (for creaminess)
1/2 cups coconut water or milk

Topping:
Fresh strawberries

How to Make It:

1️⃣ Base: Blend oats, dates, and coconut oil until sticky. Press into a pan.
2️⃣ Ice-Cream: Blend bananas, coconut yogurt, and coconut water until smooth. Pour half over the base and freeze for 30 minutes.
3️⃣ Berry Layer: Blend the remaining ice-cream mix with frozen berries. Spread on top and freeze for 3+ hours.
4️⃣ Serve: Let it soften before slicing. Decorate with fresh strawberries! 🎉

So easy, so good, and baby-approved! 🥰
