What can I say… our inaugural Italian Desserts cooking class was so much fun and incredible desserts were made by a group of very special people!!! And of course my right hand men Reef & John!!! Collectively they made the most yummiest, Italian Orange Cake, Italian Pear Cake, Apple & Almond Crostata and the ever famous Cannoli with a Limoncello Cream… and the unanimous consensus was to do it again!!!

Imagine walking in the door at 5pm and dinner's already done.

You know that stretch between school pickup and dinner, the one that eats every last bit of patience you've got left. This class fixes it, at least for one night.

Drop the kids at school and spend a relaxed, hands-on morning with us: rolling soft, pillowy potato gnocchi and learning to make a sauce from scratch. While you cook, we'll feed you too, with a fresh sandwich lunch and good coffee.

You'll leave with:
• Handmade gnocchi and sauce, enough for a family of four
• Simple reheating instructions
• The skills and recipe to make it all again at home

A few unhurried hours for you. A finished dinner for them.

This one's for the mums who can't remember the last time they had a proper morning off. Drop the kids at school, then spend two hours with us learning to make soft potato gnocchi and a sauce from scratch. No rushing, no small hands underfoot, just good company and something delicious taking shape. We'll look after lunch too, with a fresh sandwich and a decent coffee while you work.

Truffle Gnocchi class with Wild Mushrooms, Roasted Chicken With Truffle Butter, fresh salad, a freshly baked Truffle infused bread loaf finishing with a Truffle Panna Cotta… OMG, an amazing class, with delicious flavours and there was lots of chatter & laughter shared!!! one of the participants said as we sat around at the end of the meal that we shared together… “this is the best Gnocchi & Panne Cotta I have ever tasted, and I am fuzzy…”LOVE MY CLASSES!!!
