My computer was compromised and infiltrated by hacker, so I sent it in to be cleaned and sorted out, so as I had no way to access my training program I decided to look back. As is my way I keep a written copy of the training all my athletes have undertaken from 1988. Such an amazing amount of knowledge on training is invaluable and shows not only their progress but also mine. The way training has moved forward and developed in all these years shows how the progression and understanding of the response to training on the human body and the availability of us coaches to learn new techniques and methods is bringing new records in all events. It is my privilege to have such a enthusiastic group of athletes who trust me to help them achieve THIER dreams

Last night 2 sets of 5 x 300m at race pace with 90 sec recovery.
Everyone ran like there was no tomorrow the improvement from last year is profound times of 3 seconds faster and we are not yet at Christmas. Very happy coach keep up the good work guys 🏃‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️‍➡️🥳🥇
