🎶 Senior School Music Camp 2026 🎶

The Senior School Music Camp was a fantastic opportunity for students to build friendships, strengthen our Music Department culture, and develop their musicianship. Over two days, six ensembles took part in intensive rehearsals, refining their performances and preparing for a school tour of Echunga Primary School, Stirling East Primary School, and Littlehampton Primary School.

There was also time for some fun at Dunes Mini Golf in Victor Harbor, making it a memorable experience both on and off the stage. A wonderful showcase of the talent, dedication, and community spirit of our senior musicians!

Rite Journey ⛺

Tomorrow, our Year 9 Rite Journey students head off on camp.

We know there will be nerves. We know there will be moments of uncertainty. But we also know that each student is capable of rising to the challenge and embracing the opportunities that lie ahead, including the unique experience of solo night.

As they prepare to take this next step, we encourage them to reflect on where their Rite Journey began at the Calling and Departure Ceremony, where they committed to a journey of growth, courage and self-discovery.

We wish them all the best for the week ahead and can't wait to hear their stories, lessons and memories when they return.

🏆 Cornerstone Retains the Shield! 🏆

Earlier this month, our Year 10-12 students travelled to Endeavour College for the annual intercollegiate competition. It was a fantastic afternoon of teamwork, skill and friendly rivalry across football, soccer, netball and basketball.

With each school claiming two wins, the competition ended in a draw. However, in true Ashes-style fashion, as the defending champions, Cornerstone retains the shield for another year!🏆💙

Rite Journey ⛺

This time next week, our Year 9 Rite Journey students will be heading off on their camp adventure, ready to embrace new challenges, strengthen friendships and take part in the highly anticipated solo night experience.

As we count down the days, we're reflecting on where their Rite Journey began at the Calling and Departure Ceremony. Students accepted the call to step outside their comfort zones and commit to a journey of personal growth, reflection and self-discovery.

We wish our students all the best as they prepare for this important milestone and look forward to seeing the growth that comes from this unforgettable experience.

Last Tuesday, more than 70 exhibitors joined our Careers Expo, helping students explore the many pathways available beyond school.

From universities and training providers to employers and industry representatives, students gained valuable insights, advice and connections as they looked ahead to their future careers.

Year 12 Retreat 💙

Last Monday, with just 50 days remaining for the Class of 2026, the Year 12 Retreat provided an opportunity to pause, reflect and connect as a year level. From fun House challenges and high ropes at Kuitpo to meaningful reflection on their journey from Year 7 to Year 12, it was a day of gratitude, growth and memories before the final stretch of school 💙
