Hi, I'm Sue from Regain Balance.

I am so pleased to collaborate with my long time friend and founder of Summer Love, Sara. She offers a midwife-run parenting education and support service.

Sara and I offer a range of services to help support mental health and emotional wellbeing along with practical parenting support to the local area.

Counselling services are available for men, women and youth. Services also include family and parenting support, pre and post-natal mental health.

Summer love helps parents with practical parenting skills, breastfeeding support and education, infant sleep and early parenting support.
