SAGE Moruya SAGE NSW is a Moruya NSW based not-for-profit community group involved in improving food security.

SAGE NSW Inc is a not-for-profit community organisation whose mission is to create and support a NSW south coast sustainable fair food economy and food sovereignty for local communities. Our initiatives include the award-winning SAGE Farmers Market in Moruya each Tuesday, Stepping Stone Farm, community events and educational workshops and a not-for-profit catering service using use fresh local products.

Martin's Ridge smoked hock with OMR leeks, thyme and kale, Upriver green garlic, stock and tin butter beans. A hearty and delicious one pot meal enjoyed with crusty bread from Honorbread or Mogo Sourdough. Feeds 6 easy.
