π Living Our PBL Values Every Day π
At Morphett Vale East School, our Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) focus helps students understand what it means to:
π Be Kind
β Be Safe
π± Be Responsible
These values are explicitly taught across the school through class discussions, role plays, modelling, games and everyday learning experiences.
Some examples of this learning include:
β¨ using kind words and including others during play
β¨ practising manners and respectful conversations
β¨ learning safe behaviours in the classroom, yard and shared spaces
β¨ taking responsibility for learning, belongings and school environments
β¨ solving problems calmly and making positive choices
β¨ recognising and celebrating students who demonstrate our values each day
By teaching these expectations consistently, we are helping students build confidence, positive relationships and skills that will support them for life. π
