Today, on Early Childhood Educators’ Day, we are celebrating the incredible educators, leaders and support teams who make Little Grasshoppers what it is. 💛
For 35 years, our family owned and operated business has had the privilege of caring for and educating children across the Mornington Peninsula.
So much has changed over those years, but one thing has remained constant: the extraordinary people who choose a career dedicated to helping children learn, grow and thrive.
Our educators are there for the big milestones and the tiny moments in between.
They are the reassuring voice, the encouragement behind a new achievement, the storyteller, the problem solver, the silly dancer, the hand to hold and the familiar face that helps a child feel safe, secure and confident.
They celebrate first words, new friendships, discoveries, growing independence and the moment a child who was once nervous to walk through the door comes running in ready for their day.
Much of what our educators do happens quietly and without recognition, but the impact they have on children and families can last a lifetime.
For 35 years, families have trusted Little Grasshoppers with what is most precious to them, and that trust is built every day by the wonderful people within our centres.
To every educator, leader and team member across Little Grasshoppers, thank you for your patience, creativity, resilience, kindness and care.
We are incredibly proud of the Little Grasshoppers team and the part each of them has played in our 35 year story.
