My psychologist friend Joanna Paterson and I are working with Iluka Retreat in Shoreham. We are running a women's glamping retreat May 2 and 3rd. We will be running improvisational comedy workshops and how that can help in your every day life, there is yoga, sound healing, and connection to your mind and body with Joanna. Story Builders 3 Day Workshop Sept School Holidays Have your incredible young person 9-16years old "build a play in three days" in this creative, engaging and fun workshop! We use improvisational skills and games with a little added drama that not only is a lot of fun, but more importantly, builds valuable life skills!
