Happy Monday to all of you

EXCEPT for the duckers that walk around leaving a trail of this behind you....

EXCEPT those that are confidently wrong and ignorant to the impact you are having on people around you...

EXCEPT for those of you that point fingers, play the blame game and drive buses at innocent people when YOU are really the performance problem...

EXCEPT those that seem to have no concept of anything but yourself...

EXCEPT those that are just down right t**t burgers....

and EXCEPT those of you that think it is hilarious to display your "Make America Great Again" hat in your office!

You can all just eff right off! I am done with the lot of you.

(Hopeful to be far less triggered by these people in 2025, but cannot promise)

Example of the day:

Talking to two senior leaders in the business about their preferred candidate.... and one says "Not X, because he was old"

They instantly knew I was not impressed and tried to pretend that old meant something else in their language.

I left my last few roles because I was tired of trying to influence people that had a very rigid view of people, what they were and were not "entitled to" and what they should "just do".

I other words, I have spent the best part of the last 5 years arguing for a job... now here I am in.. In the EXACT same position again!

I am SO SICK OF ARGUING.. so now I rant!
I am exhausted, bitter and officially disappointed in leadership everywhere...

Prove me wrong... tell me the good bits!
