Drove through Narrabri, Coonabarabran, Gilgandra, Narromine and stopped at Condoblin Riverview Caravan Park for the night. What a gem of a spot! Right on the Lachlan River next to the weir.
With a pleasantly cool breeze, and a beautiful Riverwalk path that winds along the bank to the new Tourist Information Centre and Utes in the Paddock installation. A welcome walk after a long day in the car.

On the road again...The car fixed itself overnight. 💙I love this range...the Nandewars near Narrabri.

Hopefully a quick visit to the Toyota Dealership across the highway in the morning will see us back on the road.

It's been a long while...and a very big year.
We're taking a well-earned break and taking Halen on the road. Off to the Riverina to visit family for Christmas.
First stop, Leyburn Qld. Checking and adjusting tyre pressure monitors.

Day 3 Gentle rain fell most of the night, and continued into this morning. The sun appeared about 11.30...but still cloudy with the odd sprinkle. More birdlife to watch, and some very vocal froggies serenading us.

The rain came in late this arvo. It's a tad coolish here tonight. But no less beautiful.

A very quick trip to Winton. We didn't take Halen, this time...but did get to see some wonderful places for free-camping and sightseeing! Cant wait to go back out west. The countryside is looking spectacular at the moment. Rivers full, creeks running. Cattle sleek and fat. Grass feed in abundance. Congratulations, Tiff and Jerry. Thanks for inviting us to be part of your day.

Easter Long Weekend at Coolmunda Dam. Yes, we've been here before, but Easter is the perfect time to camp ...bright, full moon; beautiful, mild weather; and the Greenup Meeting Place is so beautiful. You never know who'll you run into. Our neighbours were Steve and Tina from Inverell! Great to see them.
