A huge thank you to everyone who came and supported our beautiful kindergarten today at our Spring Fair fundraiser.

It was so lovely meeting new friends and old friends and sharing time together.

A beautiful turn out with lovely weather.

Today was a tremendous success raising funds to purchase a new BBQ for our kinder.

Looking forward to enjoying a BBQ again soon at the end of the year.

🌸🍄 RNSK Spring Fair - THIS SUNDAY! 🍄🌸

We invite you to attend our Spring Fair at Rodney Neighbourhood Steiner Kindergarten this coming Sunday the 15th of September.

A great family day out, including;
• Childrens Activities

• Build strong parent and child bonds
• Create a home for happy children
• Include positive family routines everyday
• The best play environment
• Foster positive childhood memories

SUBSIDISED Parent Talk - Saturday 31st August, 9:30am to 12pm
Make the most of this opportunity to hear Lou share advice and experience with ‘Creative Discipline, Harmonious Homes’, subsidised by our amazing Family Committee! $20 per person, or $30 per couple sharing a child.

In this talk, Lou will cover;
• Create more harmonious homes and connected families
• Transform everyday behaviour in a positive way
• Ideas for happy children from toddler to 6: bed times, meal times, siblings, tantrums, leaving the house, car journeys, listening and more...

Our garden looks so lovely after everyone’s hard work bringing it back to life after winter!

Fresh sand, a mulch top up, pruning of our garden, and clearing/cleaning our walkway to the henhouse!
We had many helpers - big and small - with past, present, and future kindergarteners, and our extra special helper, Humphrey 🐾

She has written many books over the years, including the Steiner best seller ‘Happy Child, Happy Home’ and ‘Creative Discipline, Connected Family’.

Lou has such an engaging way of presenting and always has so much to offer, providing you with new knowledge and skills to use with your children.

What a beautiful night we had at our annual Mother’s Winter Dinner 🩷🩵
Strengthening connections between mothers, sharing stories, food, drinks and laughs.

We also had a flick through some of Lou’s books from Happy Child, Happy Home as we excitedly anticipate her upcoming visit to our kindergarten!

✨🏮 RNSK Community Lantern Night 2024 🏮✨

A magical night held by our kindergarten with support from our families to make this night so special for the children and their families.

The children have worked over the past few weeks creating their glass lanterns with handmade rope handles in preparation for our special lantern night.

After a Lantern Night story, with a morale about how light comes from within us, even on the darkest of days, a shirt lantern walk into the park led us to the labyrinth where we sung some songs together.
We then returned to kinder to enjoy some lovely homemade soup, along with bread, pumpkin scones, and the warmth of the fire pit.

A big thank you to our wonderful families who were able to help out during the night in any way, including setting/packing up, bringing soup and/or bread, serving in the kitchen, manning the fire, and much more. A wonderful community event!

Our magical Community Lantern Night is happening this Friday night, the 28th of June!

✨ 🏮 5:30pm to 7:30pm 🏮 ✨

We will share a story at 5:45pm following by the lighting of our lanterns and a short walk into the park before returning to enjoy the warmth of soup, bread, fire, and good company!

All are welcome!

We hope to see you there!
