1LIFE was built to give female athletes access to professional strength & conditioning coaching and allow them to experience the same level of professionalism as their male counterparts.
It’s for the junior athletes to build fundamental strength and understanding of their bodies so they can enjoy a long and healthy sporting career.
It’s for ex-athletes who still have that competitive fire and want to feel capable, powerful, and athletic again.
It’s for women who want to feel independent, confident, and push their bodies further than they ever thought possible.
We’ve built a community that continues to raise the bar, picks you up when you’re down, encourages and supports you regardless of the day.

I’m not sure what the exact term for ‘not fully retired, but taking a break, but trying new sports, but might go back later’ … but that’s where we’re at 😅
It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster but it does feel exciting to explore the big wide world of sports out there. What’s next?! ⛳️🏀🏏🏌🏼♀️🏸🥏

I’m not one to recognize when my body needs a break. I will continue to push even when all the signs say I should stop 🛑
This has been particularly hard when I’ve technically been out with an injury for 12 weeks, so in my mind I’ve only really been training for 3-4 weeks.
Realistically, rehab is still super taxing on the body, as is recovering and repairing an injury, but mostly it’s the mental toll.
My body has been screaming for a break for weeks so this is me trying to listen and learning to embrace it 🫣😒

I had a mild heart attack the other day when I realised I was coming into my 20th year of soccer 🤯🫣
20 years ago I decided to jump into a ‘random’ sport (this is pre Bend It Like Beckham days!) and I’ve been doing a lot of reflection on how this ‘random’ sport has shaped my life.
Instagram doesn’t allow a caption long enough for me to explain each of these points, but I truly believe that sport teaches us so many lessons that in the moment might seem small & insignificant at the time, but as we expand out into everyday life, these lessons actually set athletes apart and sometimes are skills that others lack.

Well, that’s the season officially all wrapped up ✔️
It’s been a wild one, but one that has allowed me to grow personally and appreciate the game in a different way.
The boots aren’t getting hung up just yet, but it is time for the next chapter 📖
