❗️2027 Timetable❗️

Our 2027 timetable has been developed by our committee of management and teaching staff to ensure we are meeting the needs of our local families, mandated operational requirements and increasing hours required by the Department of Education.

🩵4-year-old Program: All children in the 4-year-old rotational program will have two 7.5 hour sessions weekly.

💛3-year-old Program: All children in the 3-year-old program will have two 6 hour sessions weekly.

🚨REMINDER 🚨 Our upcoming AGM is this coming TUESDAY 18TH NOVEMBER, 7:30PM, hosted at the kindergarten. Please check your email from 15th October for further information.

At this meeting we will provide an overview of the 2025 year, enrolment packs for 2026 and vote in the 2026 committee of management. As a committee run kindergarten we rely on parent volunteers and cannot operate without your support. If you are unable to attend but would still like to volunteer for the 2026 committee please email [email protected].

Details of the committee positions and the AGM agenda have all been emailed to families enrolled for 2026. Please let us know if you haven't received your email. See you there! 😄

We are in the process of trying to source a new ladder for our pre-school. We're putting the feelers out to anyone within our community who is looking for a way to support our pre-school.
We are ever so kindly asking for a donation of a STRONG, STURDY, TALL and DURABLE ladder.

The one that we have had for many years now has become extremely unsafe for usage and we are wanting to keep our fantastic Gray Court staff as safe as possible.

Our annual BBQ fundraiser that was held at Croydon Bunnings Warehouse on 31/05/2025 of this year was another successful event organised by our fundraising team on the pre-school committee. During this fundraising event - we managed to raise some fantastic funds to help go towards our beloved pre-school. As a not-for-profit organisation, we rely heavily on volunteers and donations to help our pre-school and to ensure the longevity of our future.

We would like to firstly take this opportunity to thank some of our trusty, local businesses who helped donate/sponsor some items on the day of our event. A massive thank you to:

Woolworths - Lilydale.
Bakers Delight - Mooroolbark.
Australian Butchers Store - Boronia.
The Meat Inn Place - Lilydale.

We appreciate the kindness and the outpouring generosity that these individual businesses showed by putting their hand up and supporting our kinder.

Secondly - here at Gray Court Pre-School, we also wanted to publicly acknowledge and make a 'shout out' to all the families who were involved with making this incredible fundraising event a successful day. We truly cannot thank you all enough for putting your hand up and volunteering a number of hours to support our pre-school. Additionally, we wanted to say a massive thank you to Kelly Koolen who took on the role of being our BBQ Captain. Kelly was at the BBQ and volunteered for majority of the day. This is an incredible sacrifice and contribution that was made for our pre-school. Thank you once again Kelly for your hard work, volunteering and your efforts on the day. You are a true superstar and the hard work doesn't go unnoticed nor unappreciated!

So thankful to have the wonderful pre-school community that we have.
