Showdown 27
Congratulations to G on a flawless first round submission victory by rear naked choke at Showdown 27! All the training paid off and everything went to plan. We're excited and looking forward to G's next challenge! Now, back to training.

Boxing Fighters Classes
Coach Livi is returning to Kings to coach the Boxing Fighters classes with Coach David. He'll be here every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. If you're planning to compete in Boxing make sure you don't miss these classes! Coach Livi starts Tuesday next week!

Grappling Industries Canberra
Well done to Haifa once again fighting up in age and belt division, this time in the blue belt division, and taking home the Gold! Her work on the Mats is reflected on the podium.

Boxing Fighters Classes
Boxing Fighters classes return to Kings Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 7pm after our regular Boxing classes. If you're looking to step into the ring for boxing, make sure you don't miss these sessions!

Kings Birthday Public Holiday
We are closed for regular classes on the King Birthday, Monday Public Holiday. We will be running the following Open Mats.

All welcome, $10 gym fee for non-members.
