The remarkable Chris! Oh how we love you Chris. You are the calm within the storm and the biggest supporter of us. After every class, you help pack up, stay back and ensure all is well before departing for the rest of your day. I love our pack up chats and look forward to them every time! You are a strong supporter of all our ladies and we’re just so excited that you hit 150 classes with us this year (AND fitted in a European vacation too!). Congrats Chris and welcome to 2026 ❤️❤️

We are so excited to partner with Georges River Life Care for a donation drive to support women and families in our immediate community impacted by domestic violence.

A small donation has the biggest impact and we’re asking for period products, deodorant and body wash to make a difference in the lives of these families.

Donations are welcome at our studio during class times.

Alana doesn’t live close to us and drives around 30 minutes to get to class because there is nothing like us in the community she lives in. Alana sees the best in people, is always soft and gentle in her approach and really celebrates everyone’s successes. You think you’re lucky to have found us Alana? We’re even more lucky to have you as a genuine and treasured member of Freedom. Congratulations!! 🩷🩷
