Description
GymbaROO is about putting the natural back into developmental opportunities for young children. Organic, natural development of children is difficult in our society with its safety/litigation concerns and ultra busy lives with reduced opportunities to move and play. At GymbaROO we are all about moving, playing, dancing, rocking, swinging, catching, climbing and having fun.

Week 1 is blooming into fun!

Level 3+: Can you bring an item that relates to a flower? 🌸

Each week at GymbaROO-KindyROO, we explore a different theme, with a Treasure Bag item that brings that theme to life. The Treasure Bag items help children to connect a real object with its picture and written word, supporting hands-on, sensory learning.

Ever wonder why some kids get carsick and others don't? It often comes down to the vestibular system, the part of the body that manages balance. Some research suggests that repeated exposure to different kinds of movement, bouncing, rocking, spinning, can help little ones become more accustomed to these kinds of motion experiences over time.

It's exactly the kind of movement we build into every class. Find your nearest GymbaROO-KindyROO here https://www.gymbaroo.com.au/find-a-gymbaroo-centre/

That song, the wobbly bit on the balance beam, the treasure bag, none of it's random.

Our educators know exactly why every part of the class has a purpose, and they get just as excited about it as your little one does.

Turns out, play can be brain building and fun at the same time.

Ever wonder why we make such a fuss over textures and tummy time?
It's not just play, it's brain building. Every reach, wobble and roll gives your baby's brain new information, and doing it in the same rhythm each week is what helps it stick. Come see the science in action, book a class today.

Creating opportunities for families to connect within their local community is an important part of supporting children's development. Freemasons NSW & ACT provide welcoming community-based venues that help organisations connect with local families and deliver valuable programs within their communities.

Their commitment to community engagement aligns strongly with the values of GymbaROO-KindyROO. We're proud to recognise Freemasons NSW & ACT as a Gold Sponsor of the 2026 GymbaROO-KindyROO National Conference.
