Too young to join the class just yet, but definitely not too young to be inspired.

Little eyes are watching every kick, punch and bow. They see their big sibling as a role model, and they’re already copying what they see.

Because being a role model isn’t something you’re told to be. Sometimes, it’s simply knowing that someone is always watching. ❤️

These stripes are more than just something to wear. They recognise the way our Jaguars show up, listen, persevere, support each other and make good choices every day.

At GMA, the lessons go beyond martial arts. We’re building confident, respectful and kind young people, one class at a time.

Congratulations to our two Jaguars earning their Discipline Stripes 💙 and our Jaguar earning a Kindness Stripe 💛!

These stripes recognise the little choices our Jaguars make every class: listening, staying focused, helping others and showing kindness on and off the mat.

At GMA, we teach martial arts, but we also build character, one lesson at a time.

🎓Graduation Alert! 🎓🥋 Congratulations jamesbutler!

Graduating from Roll Ready means something a little different for James.

Roll Ready isn’t just for people who have never done BJJ before. James had trained BJJ previously, but like many beginners, his first experience involved learning a collection of techniques without always understanding how they fit together.

So he chose to start again with Roll Ready. And he’s absolutely loved it!

Now James is heading into the general classes with something incredibly valuable: a strong understanding of the fundamentals, a better grasp of why we do things, and the confidence to get on the mats and ROLL! 🔥

James, well done on being patient, committed and dedicated to your second start in BJJ. Sometimes starting again is exactly what you need to build a stronger foundation.

Congratulations James. Welcome to the next chapter! 👊🥋

Don’t give up on your dreams- the time is now.
Most people wait for the perfect time to start something. When they have more time. When they are fit. When they have done all the research. Yep, people wait until they have learned some BJJ from instagram or YouTube. There is no perfect time.

You need to make the time. We are all busy with responsibilities. Louder for those at the back - If you want to do it, MAKE THE TIME!

At GMA, you will be supported, no throwing to the wolves, no pressure. We want you to succeed and progress.

Kindness is about how we treat the people around us. Discipline is about listening, staying focused, following instructions and giving your best effort, even when things get tricky.

These Little Jaguars have shown these values through their actions, both on and off the mat. 👏

At GMA, we teach martial arts skills, but every class is also an opportunity to build character, develop confidence and become better people.
