St Paul’s is a primary school located in the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges in a quiet residential area close to the Monbulk town centre. Our students come from the surrounding areas including Cockatoo, Avonsleigh, Macclesfield, Emerald, The Patch, Mt Dandenong, Olinda and Silvan. At St Paul’s we provide programs which cater for the spiritual, academic, physical, social and emotional developmen

t of all students. The parents and staff work together to develop a curriculum with an emphasis on providing every child with the skills necessary to become life-long learners. The ethos and curriculum of St Paul’s invites and supports students to discover God’s presence in their daily lives. St Paul’s is part of the Belgrave Parish which has mass centres at Monbulk, Belgrave, Mt Dandenong, Emerald and Gembrook. Two schools comprise the parish – St Paul’s in Monbulk and St Thomas More’s at Belgrave.

Thanks to all the dads who were part of our father day morning. Despite the cold weather it was a great turnout.

A BIG thank you to the parent volunteers who dedicated their time to recognize our wonderful dads.

Last weekend I had the great privilege of handing over approximately 50kg of clothing, shoes, nappies and stationery to the Tiwi Island Community Centre.

Aunty Mary was grateful for the donations and was amazed at how many goods there were. These items will help at the Pumulayu Child and Family Centre and Ngaripuwanajirri Centre.

Thanks to the Mini Monbulkers for their wonderful organisation in leading this collection and thanks to the Essendon Football Club for covering the transport costs to Darwin.

What a wonderful way to support a another community.
