Good morning to our lovely community, we at monbulk pre school are needing some help, we have a mud kitchen that needs assembly asap. We need a drill too:) can anyone help us?

What's new with Monbulk Pre School?

We have been having such a great time learning and reshaping our service to create an amazing space where fun and learning come together.

As most of you may know we have been working hard on our fairy garden project, So we thought we would share some before and after's:)

We want to say a massive THANK YOU!! to Community Bank Monbulk & District for the amazing grant opportunity and Simon from open playscapes for helping us through our grant process and having ideas and putting them in place for our space.

Good Morning to our Beautiful Community Families,

Just a happy reminder that we’re starting to enjoy some beautiful spring weather! ☀️ With the sunshine comes an increase in UV levels — and we’re now seeing the UV index reaching 3 and above.

This means it’s officially hat weather – YAY! 🧢👒😄

To help keep everyone sun-safe during outdoor play and activities, please make sure your child brings a sun-safe hat each day. It’s also a great time to start applying sunscreen in the mornings before coming to school or care.

Let’s enjoy this gorgeous weather while keeping our little ones protected! 💛🌿

As you may know we are renovating our outside PlaySpace and we have quite a large quantity of rocks from our garden, If you or anyone you know would like any rocks please feel free to grab as many as you like:)
We are needing these cleared so we can continue our progress:)

Here at Monbulk Pre School we are currently working alongside our children to rejuvenate and enhance our outdoor garden and play areas. It has been quite some time since these spaces were last updated, and we believe that revitalising them will bring significant benefits to the children and families in our community, enriching their learning and play experiences.

As part of this initiative, we are reaching out to local businesses who may be interested in supporting our efforts. We are seeking donations of outdoor materials such as native plants, tanbark, concrete, logs, or other natural elements that can be used to create engaging and inspiring outdoor learning environments.

If your business or you know anyone that is able to contribute in any way, we would be truly grateful. Your support would help us bring our vision to life and foster a space filled with imagination, exploration, and growth.

Good Morning and Welcome Back to our Monbulk Pre-School children and families:)

We hope you all had a fantastic break and a very happy Easter!!
We are super excited about Term 2 and ready for our learning adventures.

Happy Thursday to all of our amazing Monbulk Pre School Families!

Our 4 year olds last day of term 1 is today and 3 year olds tomorrow!

We all want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you who have made this last term a fantastic one!

The children have settled so well and are super enthusiastic about learning at kinder.

We hope you all have a great break and Happy Hoppy Easter!

See you all in Term 2 Tuesday 22nd April :)

As we wrapped up our 2024 Preschool year today, we wish all of our families and community the very best for the holiday period.
Preschool will reopen to families on 30.1.25.

With tomorrow's temperatures set to hit 39 degrees in monbulk, we encourage 3 year old kinder families to do what they think is best, we are open but completely understand if you do not wish to attend.
Please follow your family fire plan and stay safe and cool.

Today was THE most exciting day, our caterpillar / chrysalis (Rainbow sparkle) emerged from her chrysalis into a beautiful butterfly. After waiting 19 days we got a big suprise this morning to see large colourful wings, we think she is a female so we really hope we can complete the life cycle and see her lay eggs to release into the local community.
