Tyler, from Geelong passed with super high results all 3️⃣⚡️💡 electrical licensing assessments with training from Andrew & the team at TTA.

He passed SWP first at the TTA centre for everything electrical in Mulgrave, attended both Geelong & Mulgrave training for Theory, and finished off with a week LEP practical in Mulgrave.

Tyler gained a Perfect Score in his LEP switchboard build and MEN. Congratulations 👌🏼

Being a worker with big industrial Cranes 🏗️ TTA could offer Tyler the 1:1 help with the domestic electrical side of the assessment training perfectly 😊. We look forward to watching your career grow.

Casey contacted Technical Training Australia for 1:1 tutoring to help understand & pass his Electrician’s Theory assessment.

Not everyone passes this topic easily. It can be tough for technical people like majority of apprentices.

The specialist trainers (🐶 too assisted) checking every topic with step by step methods and understanding. They sit next to you at TTA 👌🏼

Casey went to his LET assessment this time with confidence and achieved a very high result, just what he needed before his upcoming holiday. Congratulations 🥳

Casey has now finally applied for his A Grade electricians license after 4 years Apprenticeship.

So proud of you Casey and thankyou for trusting the team at TTA - Max, Matt and Andrew.

Hi there TTA Inspectors.
When visually inspecting an earth electrode disconnect tag, have a look at the wording on the tag. It might not say,
WARNING:
MAIN EARTHING CONDUCTOR-DO NOT DISCONNECT
Wiring Rule 5.5.1.3
Attention to detail is a must in the safe approach assessment.
Have a good look!
The tag, might say, ‘warning electric shock hazard’

💡Don’t Risk It ⚡️🪜🪛
Are you studying for your LEP practical assessment for the A Grade Victorian electricians license?

Did you know that the switchboard build is worth 35 marks out of 100 marks for the LEP assessments. If you get a zero for your switchboard, you will fail the LEP Assessment, because you will get 65 marks out of 100 marks.

Remember, the pass mark for all electrical licensing assessments is 75%.

At TTA, we will train you from the ground up, so that you are successful on your switchboard build.

Don’t risk it, come to TTA, where your success is our success.

Interested in being the next Victorian Electrical Inspector?
💡Are you an A Class electrician?
📞Contact us to find out how. Hi there TTA Inspectors. Remember that switchboard wiring can be any colour except green/ yellow.

Amendment 3 of AS/NZS 3000:2018 allows wiring within a switchboard enclosure to be any colour.

However, this becomes confusing when red neutral conductors, as switchboard wiring, are connected with black neutral conductors, used as installation wiring.

Also, switching the supply neutral is prohibited as this PEN conductor provides the earthing for a TNCS earthing system for Australia.

So for those LEI’s studying for their safe approach assessment, watch out for these issues.
Andrew.
