We need your help !
There is lots of fresh produce ready for harvesting. Come check out the garden and take some produce for free! Keep a close watch on the strawberry patch - soon enough it will be full! 🍓
Ready to be picked:
🪴Kale
🪴Lettuce
🪴Bok choy
🪴Radish
🪴Lemon balm
Snack hack: tear kale into bite size pieces and mix with a small amount of oil and salt. Place into the air fryer or oven at 200 degrees for around 3 minutes or until crunchy (watch them carefully so they don’t burn) Delicious and super nutritious kale chips!

Time with Nature is always time well spent, this September, the People and Parks Foundation have extended an invitation to all of us, no matter where we live, to make a to spend intentional time connecting with nature. It’s well documented that connecting with and caring for nature delivers multiple physical, mental and social health and wellbeing benefits.
To encourage and maybe challenge people to connect with nature in different ways, four weekly themes have been developed:
Week 1: Healthy Country Healthy People
Week 2: The Nature Dose – Part 1: Feel better for free
Week 3: Noticing Nature – at work, rest, learning and play
Week 4: The Nature Dose – Part 2: Caring for Nature
The campaign encourages us to acknowledge and explore the interconnectedness between humans and the natural environment. We are a part of nature, not apart from nature and
nature connects us all. The official campaign is being run through September, finishing up in October. If you
