COMMUNITY SELF DEFENCE SESSION

Build confidence, learn practical skills and feel safer in your everyday life.

Join us for a friendly and supportive Community Self Defence Session, delivered by the experienced Safety Pact team.

Monday 12 October
5pm–7pm
13 Camp Street, Daylesford
$10 per person

This practical session is designed to give you simple, useful self-defence skills in a welcoming and supportive environment.

No previous experience needed - just come along, have a go and build your confidence.

Nearly one-third of adults now turn to AI programmes like ChatGPT for companionship. For Gen Z eight out of ten say they could form a deep emotional attachment with a machine.

The more we ask machines to care for us, the less we expect from and give to other people. AI deepens the loneliness it claims to cure.
