I'm Bec, I teach a weekly Zumba Gold class and I love it!

Zumba Gold is fun, low-impact Zumba.

My 11am class is on Wednesday mornings at Burragah Recreation Centre (Modbury North). It's approx 45mins in duration and it's suitable for all fitness levels (especially beginners!)

If you're looking for some 'exercise in disguise', I'd love to see you there!

First class is free to check out and then, whenever you attend the class, it's $10 cash or direct bank deposit (whatever is easier for you!)
