This dish came up at our Monday team meeting, so friends for dinner last night & they were served Chicken galette, very tasty, there were a few steps but throughout the day, I made the pastry, (so easy in your thermomix) caramelised the onions & bacon,
Had my thermie making quince paste so quickly pan fried the mushrooms just used some from the fridge not Swiss brown, used chicken thighs instead on tenderloins, pumpkin zapped in the microwave (Neil doesn’t like sweet potato🤣) dried thyme didn’t have any fresh then made the roux in the thermie & stirred in through the above mixture .. enjoy 😊

Well this was an easy cake, a very thick batter so don’t be worried about that, came out of the Bundt tin easily. I made a sugar syrup, poured half over the cake & the other half served with the cake & cream
My guests loved it ✅
