You guys LOVED Thea’s Handstand class over the Xmas break so much… we thought we’d bring it back for a whole ass 90-minute workshop 👏🔥

Handstands aren’t just for gymnasts — they’re for pole dancers too ✨
This dynamic workshop is all about building the strength, balance, coordination and confidence you need to move upside down with control and flair.

We’ll cover:
✔️ Strong handstand foundations (alignment + balance techniques)
✔️ Safe entries and exits with progressions to suit different abilities
✔️ Acro-inspired skills like cartwheels, hand balances & flowing transitions
✔️ Drills + conditioning to support your upside-down goals

Whether you’re working towards cleaner handstands, smoother acro transitions, or just want to expand your movement vocabulary — this one’s for you 💪

💄 Stage Make-Up Essentials Workshop ✨

Learn how to create your own flawless, stage-ready make-up look in this 2-hour practical workshop, led by our very own Mitchy instructor & certified Make-Up Artist Yas ( ), who has also worked as a Chadstone Artistry Trainer for M.A.C Cosmetics.

Designed for performers, competitors, and anyone wanting their make-up to truly pop under stage lights, this workshop will give you the confidence to do your own make-up for performances, showcases, and competitions.

✨ If you’re doing a Glow course, this is the perfect chance to brush up on your stage make-up skills!

What we’ll cover:
• Must-have products & recommended brands
• Skin prep for long-lasting wear
• Contouring & highlighting for stage lighting
• Eye make-up techniques that read from the audience
• Creating smooth, flawless-looking skin on stage

Ready to move beyond the tricks and discover your artistry on the hoop?
Join .aerialist for a creative exploration of low-lyra transitions, unique pathways, and storytelling through movement.

Tiffany Taylar is a circus artist and coach based in Victoria, Australia. With over a decade of experience in movement and performance, she’s all about translating emotion into physical storytelling — with lyra being her main love.
She’s performed in a range of productions, including Sensate at Melbourne Fringe and La Folie: After Dark. Tiffany’s known for her expressive flow, musicality, and that special mix of strength and vulnerability in her work.

✨ Fun fact: When she’s not hanging upside down, you’ll probably find her enjoying a board game night with wine, cheese, and Twenty One Pilots playing in the background.
