Zone Martial Arts is a Sutherland Shire Martial Arts school teaching Korean Martial Arts. We focus on traditional Taekwondo (WTF), Haidong Gumdo (sword martial art), Self Defence and Tournaments to round out our students skills and empower them to defend themselves if required. We encourage all our students to develop strong mindsets alongside strong bodies to tackle all the obstacles they will face in life whether physical or mental.
