Today we say goodbye to our wonderful TeamKids Coordinator, Sam.
Although she was only at Miranda PS for a short time, she made a lasting impact on our students, families and staff. Her warm, caring nature and dedication to the job have been greatly appreciated and she will be missed terribly.
Thank you for everything you have done for our school community. We wish you all the very best for your next adventure and know you will continue to make a positive difference wherever you go.
Good luck, Sam β once part of our community, always part of our community! π

Today, four of our students represented our school at the Yindyamarra Walkabout First Nations Student Council gathering at Caringbah High School.
Aiden, Indie, Liam and Oliver participated in a range of cultural and leadership activities, including dance and movement, live production and sessions focused on leadership, community and connection.
The experience provided valuable opportunities to learn from local First Nations voices, celebrate culture, and connect with First Nations students across the Port Hacking Network.
We are proud of the way they represented our school.

Today our Stage 3 students had the privilege to join PHHS for their annual Multicultural Celebration Day. Miranda Public School students enjoyed performances by the PHHS drumming group and First Nations' dancers before setting off to explore the school's stalls and activities. We would like to thank Port Hacking High School for the invitation to join them in celebrating the diversity of cultures that make up our community in Miranda. How lucky we are to share such this partnership with our local High School of choice.
