Mobileyes Optometry & Dental has partnered with us to bring its fully equipped mobile optometry and dental Clinic and AHPRA registered optometrists/Dental staff to our school to conduct check-ups from the Monday 26th August.

What service is offered?
Mobileyes is a unique initiative that provides high quality, on-site dental and eyes care to children aged 2-17. Under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), funded by Medicare I Australian Federal Government , our service for eligible* children come at no cost to the school or the parents.

Public Education Week is an opportunity to celebrate the power of public education and the people who make it possible.

The HSC Trial Examination timetable is now available.

Students are reminded that:

- Attendance at all scheduled exams is compulsory, and students must remain for the full duration of each examination.
- If a student is unable to attend an exam due to illness or misadventure, they must submit an Illness/Misadventure application. (Available on the school website) Students who are unwell should seek medical attention and obtain a medical certificate to support their application.
- Students who miss an examination may be required to complete an alternate examination or assessment task at the discretion of the Head Teacher.
- No notes or unauthorised materials are permitted in the examination room.

Students should check the timetable carefully and ensure they arrive on time for each examination.

A huge congratulations to Cole and Miracle, who were recognised by the U@Uni Winter School Academy 2026 for the outstanding way they represented Sarah Redfern High School. Throughout the program, they demonstrated respect, leadership and a commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment. Miracle was also presented with an award in recognition of his enthusiasm and consistently positive attitude.

We are incredibly proud of all of our Year 11 students who gave up part of their school holidays to embrace this opportunity. Their engagement, commitment and the way they represented our school were outstanding.
