Book Week fun in the library! πŸ•΅οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸ₯·πŸ§šβ€β™€οΈπŸ§™β€β™‚️

The library was buzzing last week with Book Week activities. From Where's Wally and Mordor Ring Toss to character quizzes, comic creations and Lego challenges.

Plenty of creativity, teamwork and a whole lot of fun was packed into the week.

Thank you, Heidi and Mr Cook, for creating such magic and giving our students the space and encouragement for imaginations to run wild. πŸ₯°πŸͺ„

Don't forget, Monday is a Student Free Day.

A SFD doesn't mean a day off for staff - quite the opposite, actually!

πŸ’ We will be spending the day learning, collaborating and sharpening our practice - strengthening our knowledge of the SA Curriculum, exploring further what Authentic Learning looks like in our classrooms, and growing our understanding of connection and regulation.

Because when we keep learning, reflecting and growing, our students benefit too. 🌱

Have a happy and safe weekend, families.

Another one in the bag! Book Week 2026.

Our students and families really went for it this year. So many great costumes, plenty of imagination and an absolutely stunning morning to enjoy it all.

But Book Week is about more than dressing up. Reading is such an important part of growing, learning and imagining, and it's great to see so many young people embrace it. πŸ₯Ή
