This Saturday we are replacing classes with a free session for both Muay Thai and BJJ. There’s a lot of new faces in the gym so we want to bring everyone together for an open mat style workout. The event is for everyone and your more then welcome to bring a friend to train for FREE

Big congratulations to for facing off against a very tough opponent on the weekend to become the Jnr Siam QLD champion.
This is the 2nd 5 rounder in 2 months that she’s taken and definitely has earnt some well deserved rest while she gears up for the WBC World Games in June in Bangkok
