We are loving our Wednesday mornings at Mainly Music Epping.

The children are able to enjoy some art and craft, music and movement as well as enjoying some morning tea with their peers.

Mainly Music charges a small fee but if you book in with Nikki's Family Day Care Nikki covers all costs as part of her program.

We went out with a bang on our last day of Easter celebrations last Thursday and had a huge Easter egg hunt at Hawkestowe Park.

We also enjoyed some art and craft! We placed a cardboard cut out of an egg on the ground. We filled balloons with water ant tied it to some string. The children were then able to dip the water filled balloons into some paint and plop them down on the egg cut out. Giving our egg some colourful spots.
This activity, enhances social skills by taking turns with our peers, learning about colours as well as fine and gross motor skills..

We also enjoyed some water play as it was the last warm day. The children had some containers, jugs and water plundgers to sq**rt each other with.

Other things that were enjoyed were singing songs, dancing, bug hunt and collecting Acorns to make a musical instrument out of.

We were all lucky enough to see three kangaroos jumping past us in the bush.

We had so much fun and the children slept so well 🐣🐛🎊
