From January 2026, the Australian Government has introduced new CCS rules designed to make childcare more accessible and affordable for all families.

✔️ 3 Day Guarantee – All eligible families can now access at least 72 hours of subsidised care per fortnight (around 3 days per week)
✔️ No activity test for the base level – Even if you’re not working or studying, you can still receive subsidised care
