In 2026, the ๐—ง๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—บ ๐—ฉ๐—ถ๐—ฐ ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฌ-๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฎ ๐—ฌ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜€ ๐—ง๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ธ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—™๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ฑ ๐—ง๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—บ will be selected at the ๐—ฆ๐˜๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜† ๐—ง๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ธ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—™๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ฑ ๐—–๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ฝ๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ฝ๐˜€. The team will be selected by the Team Officials selection committee.

This approach aligns with previous selection practices for this team and is possible again in 2026 due to the timing of the School Sport Australia Track and Field Championships being held later in 2026 (29 November to 3 December).
