IM BACK!!
After taking some time off whilst I navigated the beginning of my Nursing career, I am ready to jump back into Hypnobirthing. You may noticed I have “rebranded” that’s because I won’t be only teaching Hypnobirthing but will be offering some other super exciting things to parents and parents to be. So watch this space closely. I am currently taking expressions of interest for my first class back xx

This is my happy place. Everybody has varying opinions and everybody has varying comfort zones and that’s ok!! But for me, right now……. This is so very special 🫶🏼🫶🏼

I made a platter for Sylvie’s first birthday party today. One of my Hypnobirthing Dad’s from one of my recent classes pointed out that my salami roses look exactly like the blossom we show in class. Now I can’t un see it! 🤣🤣🤣
