Been a long break between posts. With Covid and ill health, Cre8ive Crusade was put on hiatus, along with it's projects. However I have managed to finish two edits on our fun show Cre8TV. It's all about Cosplay and with Supanova finally able to go ahead this weekend, there is a lot of excitement in the Cosplay Community. Let's check out Supanova's last Comic Con in 2019 and all those amazing costumes. Please tag people you know in the video and I can't wait to see what amazing creations you come up with this year. Part One.

CRE8TV (S1-EP2) COSPLAY SPECIAL Part 1. Join us as we head into the world of Cosplay, visiting the Supanova Comic Con in Perth to check out the amazing costumes and chat to talented Cosplayers.

We were lucky enough to chat to Steve Bisley (Right) and Hugh Keays- Byrne from Mad Max at Supernova last year. You will be able to see the interview as part of our Mad Max special. They were a whole lot of fun. Steve Bisley, who is one of Australia's legends of the big and small screen is holding an acting workshopin Perth from tomorrow. Really nice guy and well worth a look, also may be the last acting class around for a while. Check out the info below:

Steve Bisley, one of Australia's most recognizable actors ( Mad Max, Water Rats, Police Rescue,The Big Steal, The Great Gatsby,Doctor, Doctor) will be in Perth to run a Masterclass in Performance, titled 'Alone -The Art Of the Monologue'.

The Masterclass will be held at The Blue Room Theatre, 53 James Street Perth, and will run over three nights, Tuesday March 17th, Thursday March 19th and Saturday March 21st. Each session will run from 6pm-10pm.

The course will be limited to 12 people and is open to everyone (but there is a minimum age requirement of 17 years).

Each participant must bring with them a choice of two (2) monologues that they have learnt prior to the commencement of the course (monologues should run no more than 4 minutes). Perfect for students preparing for WACE, as well as students of theatre at all ages and levels.

Hi, everyone. We were due to officially launch Cre8ive Crusade, with some great upcoming events in April, however with the Coronavirus pandemic, I have put a hold on all physical events for the time being, so not to put any of our members at risk. Phase one of our website will be up in the coming weeks, a few fun episodes of Cre8TV and we are working on some cool online interactive workshops. We will also soon launch our DIY Acting program, also online for the time being. Stay well.

Interviewing this lovely man earlier in the year, really was a lot of fun. David Ramsey, who plays John Diggle on the hit show Arrow, was good enough to give us his time at Supanova. Our host, Debbie Thoy, kind of stumped him a little on our Aussie Slang, but plenty of laughs. The interview is part of our first episode of Cre8-TV which drops tomorrow (Wed 18th)

Who has the need? The need for Speed!
The Top Gun Sequel hits cinemas on the 26th of June 2020. This is one film I am looking forward to, definitely one for the big screen. Check out the second trailer that dropped today.

We had sooo much fun with the crew from Archery WA, who helped us out with one of our acting challenges in our first episode of Cre8-TV.

Such a fun and talented group of people. Tom, Scott, Jeremy and Elizabeth took one of our hosts and actor, Dylan, through the technique and form required to look like a believable archer on screen. I don't think, however, we will be taking on the Arrow anytime soon.

The Launch of our first episode of Cre8-TV has been pushed back until Wednesday as one of our team members is not well and is going in for a major operation today. We want everyone to enjoy the launch and celebrate the work they have put in. :)
