The Metung Fun Run is our school's key annual fundraising event and this year it's on Sunday 9th November (always the second Sunday of November).

Early Bird ticket prices end tonight, so jump online and buy yours today to save $$$, as prices will rise tomorrow.

To cater to all ages and fitness levels, there are four fun events to choose from:

- 1km Kids' Colour Dash
- 5km Walk
- 5km Run
- 10km Run.

We can't thank the Metung community enough for their unwavering support of this awesome annual event which, this year, saw us acheive new records in:
- more than $16,000 raised
- almost 400 total participants, including over 100 in the Kids' Colour Dash.

The 2024 Metung Fun Run, powered by The HIIT Factory Bairnsdale and supported by the Lions Club of Metung, was officially our biggest and best event to-date, in its 14-year history!

- almost 400 total participants, including more than 100 kids in the Colour Dash

With less than one week to go until our major fundraising event, now is the time to register for tickets! Online ticket sales close at 5pm on Friday so secure your place now - we can't wait to see you at the start line! And THANK YOU for your support of our little Village school.

Our event is less than a week away! Which means, time is running out to register online for the Metung Fun Run! Choose from:

Sunday 10th November is a great day for a morning walk! Grab your friends, family or loved ones and a cup of your favourite java, and kick off your Sunday in the beautiful Metung surrounds.

Our annual 5km stroll takes you from the centre of town, to Shaving Point (watch out for our resident seals!), back through town, along Beach Road and out to the Marina situated almost below the Metung Hot Springs! It's a gorgeous leisurely walk alongside the company of like-minded folks - all of whom have contributed to the fundraising of precious funds for Metung Primary School.
