LAUNCH offers all styles of dance, singing acting and acrobatics classes, all under the direction of the Gold Coast’s most accomplished professional dancer, Michelle Hopper-Doyle. At LAUNCH we teach with drive, dedication and passion to bring out the best in every student. LAUNCH CREATIVE, our choreography division, can offer you their expertise in creation and choreography for your event or production.

What a way to finish the term with Lauren Elton back in the studio!

Lauren spoke to our dancers about performing for camera understanding different angles, staying connected to the performance and maintaining the same quality and intention.

Lauren’s energy, passion and industry knowledge always bring so much to the room, pushing our dancers and challenging the way they approach their performance.

We loved having Lauren back with our Pre-Professional students and couldn’t think of a better way to wrap up the term.

8/U Jazz — Choreographed by Roxie Patterson 💛

Choreographed by our resident faculty member Miss Roxie, Head of our Junior Department, we’re so honored to have her guiding our youngest dancers.

At LAUNCH, we want our junior students to first fall in love with dance and performance, while building strong foundations through safe training, jazz technique and age-appropriate choreography.

We believe kids should get to be kids. Getting to dance, express themselves and enjoy this beautiful stage.

These pocket rockets have personality in spades, and we’ve loved watching their confidence grow so far this year. And there’s still so much more growth to come!

Versatility matters.

At LAUNCH, we train across all genres because the industry demands performers who can adapt.

Contemporary is part of that training — developing technique, performance and the ability to bring more than movement to the stage.

This piece was created for our 2025 Graduation by Alex Miedzinski challenging our dancers to find individuality within the work.

Our workshops are something we truly care about, bringing dancers together, creating space to grow, and allowing everyone to be challenged by the people around them.
