I love to sew!! I actually don’t spend as much time sewing and being creative as I would like. A few months ago I made the commitment to sew everyday. I haven’t ….. but I have come close. Sometimes just a seam a day, sometimes 1/2 hour and sometimes more. ❣️This little guy here is one of my favourite people in the whole world and one of my favourite to sew for. I made this little jacket that I copied from a jacket he already has that was just so gorgeous I could resist. Isn’t he the sweetest??

This weekend I took myself away for a little overnight escape to reset, reconnect, and soak up some quiet creative time. ✨
Sometimes all you need is a change of scenery, a good chat, and a couple of crafty projects to feel inspired again. 🧵💛came home with quite a few half made projects ….and the energy to see them through 💕

Wow what a trip! I am back from an incredible few weeks in Vietnam ✨
What a beautiful country — full of colour, history, amazing food, and so many people. It was such a wonderful experience immersing ourselves in the culture, exploring vibrant, busy cities and peaceful countryside, and trying all sorts of accommodation along the way. One with five flights of stairs!
We saw so many pretty things and ate some of the most delicious meals and drinks! — the flavours were just incredible. And the coffee! ☕ So rich and strong - the coconut coffee was my favourite
There was plenty of rain 🌧️ — sometimes gentle, sometimes torrential — but it all added to the adventure. Sadly, the typhoon has brought serious flooding to many areas, and our hearts go out to everyone affected. We feel very fortunate to have left safely and are thinking of those still impacted by the water 💔
Now home again and slowly readjusting to everyday life — but still dreaming of the colours, flavours, and warmth of Vietnam 💕
