Yesterday, Saturday 23 April 2023, the Shaolin Academy recognized its 5th Master, Sigung John P. In a small masters and instructors' ceremony, Sigung John attended with his wife Penny and two children.
Just one more today, the Sunrise Block which is different from our Animal and Temple Blocks. We use this a lot in 72 Fist as we do the retreating leg block.
