It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the values of love, compassion, kindness, and service that are at the heart of our faith. Students and staff joined in prayer and celebration, making it a special day for everyone.

Today in Year Six we had a little April Fools Fun! With a little forward planning and 2 mischievous twins, Thung and Yong switched classes fooling their classmates. Both girls were able to trick their peers, along with their Music Teacher, Mr Morris!
Whilst I was in on the joke, the girls did this prank a little too well and even made me doubt myself when they ever so casually, waltzed into the “switched class” this morning!

Our cohort of Year Six, participated in the Aspire Leadership Workshop. Together, as a collective, students worked in small groups, class teams, and with other students whom they weren’t as familiar with, to practise building their leadership skills.
They learnt about becoming a positive influence amongst their peers and the younger year levels. Likewise, students were reminded of true leadership qualities; people who serve, listen, take action and show persistence when challenges arise.
The Year Six teachers would like to congratulate all of our students on having courage, respect and optimism throughout the day!
Your leadership skills are growing and we are so proud of how you have transitioned into Year Six! Keep being the leaders our school needs!

We celebrated Harmony Day at our school, a wonderful occasion filled with culture, community, and togetherness. We were honoured to welcome our special guests, Melton Mayor Cr Lara Carli and Ko Saulsman (Myanmar Campaign Network), who joined us for the celebrations.
The day featured beautiful presentations, vibrant cultural dances, a school choir, and student performances that truly showcased the richness of our diverse community. It was inspiring to see everyone come together to celebrate inclusiveness, respect, and unity.
A big thank you to Miss Anna Takluem and Mrs Melilli for their incredible effort and dedication in organising such a meaningful event. Your hard work made the day truly special for everyone involved.
