Today, our 3-year-old kinder children became little bakers with Educator Kris! 👩🍳👨🍳
The children worked together to prepare delicious homemade scones, taking turns to add ingredients, mix the dough and use their favourite heart and star cutters.
Once baked, the best part arrived—enjoying our freshly made scones! ⭐
It was a wonderful experience filled with learning, teamwork, creativity and, of course, lots of yummy treats! 😊

🌈 Balancing, stepping and exploring! 🌈
Today, the children had lots of fun developing their gross motor skills, balance and coordination as they carefully made their way across our stepping-stone obstacle course. 🐾
The children challenged themselves to step from bucket to bucket, using their bodies to maintain balance and carefully plan their next move. Experiences like this encourage confidence, spatial awareness, body control and problem-solving skills while keeping active and having fun outdoors! 💪✨

Today, our Assistant Director, Sani, attended a professional development session at our Goodstart Head Office. 🌟
These professional development opportunities support our educators and leadership team to strengthen their knowledge, build their professional skills and stay up to date with current practices, ensuring we continue to provide high-quality learning experiences and the best outcomes for our children, families and community.

🍕 Pizza Making Fun! 🍕
Today, our kinder children prepared their very own delicious pizzas for lunch! 👩🍳👨🍳
The children had the opportunity to choose from a variety of toppings and enjoyed creating their pizzas just the way they liked them. They had so much fun getting involved in the preparation process — and, of course, the best part was sitting down and enjoying their delicious creations! 😋🍕

🌱 Harvesting Our Radishes! 🌱
The children in Kinder were super excited this afternoon as they harvested their very own radishes! 🥬✨
They eagerly pulled the radishes from the garden, discovering what had been growing beneath the soil. This hands-on experience provided wonderful opportunities to learn about where our food comes from, caring for plants, and the life cycle of vegetables. 🌱👩🌾

🏈What an amazing day! ❤️🖤
We were excited to welcome the Essendon Football Club for an engaging session with our children!
The children joined a fun warm-up before practising throwing and catching skills with colourful scarves. They then worked together with the parachute, moving a football across it and exploring how their movements affected its direction, bounce and roll.
They also practised football handling, throwing and coordination skills individually, building confidence while having lots of fun.
It was wonderful to see the children working together, developing gross motor skills, building confidence and enjoying an active learning experience. ⚽️👏
A huge thank you to the Essendon Football Club for a fantastic session! ❤️🖤
