HRD attended the R U OK?Day Virtual Launch today. Lots of great information, including not only why R U OK? Day is important but all the ways to be involved, with some great insight from some fantastic ambassadors. Cant wait to get planning on how we can be involved on 9th September, 2021!

Consider things like big changes in their life, financial difficulties, a relationship breakdown, a change in behaviour and the tone and language they are using.
