Our Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy leaves no room for compromise when it comes to safeguarding children from any form of abuse or neglect. Cultural diversity is celebrated here. We embrace and respect the unique backgrounds of all children, including those from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, culturally diverse backgrounds, and children with disabilities. Discrimination of any kind is not tolerated within our centre. Continuous learning is essential for our staff. We provide ongoing training to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to identify and respond to any signs of abuse or neglect promptly. Furthermore, we empower children by educating them about their rights to safety and encouraging them to speak up if they ever feel unsafe. At the heart of our approach is listening to children. Our educators are the backbone of our centre. With their extensive knowledge and expertise in child development, they provide the best care and nurturing to support each child’s growth and learning journey. At Lil’ Angels Early Learning Centre, we cherish the land where our children, educators, and staff explore, learn, and have fun every day. We respect and honour the Traditional Custodians who’ve cared for this land for generations. They teach us about nature and the importance of taking care of our environment.
