🎨✨ Little hands, big creativity at Little Stars Melton

Dot marker painting is such a fun way for children to explore colour and creativity while developing important skills along the way. 🖌️
As they grip, press, and place each colourful dot, children are strengthening their hand muscles, working on hand-eye coordination, and building fine motor skills-all while creating something uniquely their own. 🌈💛
Learning through play, one colourful dot at a time! 🔵🟡🟢🔴

Five little ducks went out one day..." 🐥🎶✨

Our nursery stars had so much fun bringing the classic nursery rhyme to life! Using felt ducks, a miniature pond setup, and interactive counting props, our little ones loved dipping their ducks into the water, counting from 1 to 5, and singing along with their educators. 🌊💛
Sensory story trays bring rhythm, early language, and math concepts together in a hands-on, playful way for our littlest learners!

A simple conversation can make a big difference!

💛 Little Stars celebrated R U OK? Day by learning all about kindness, friendship, and checking in on our mates.
Our children engaged in group discussions about feelings, decorated yellow treats together, and posed inside our special "R U OK?" photo frame to spread the message. 💛✨
Teaching our little ones early how to listen, care, and ask, "Are you OK?" builds a culture of empathy that lasts a lifetime. 🌟

Science Week Incursion at Little Stars Cranbourne!

Our Kinder children had an exciting hands-on science adventure as part of our special Science Week Incursion!
Wearing safety googles, our little scientists were ready to mix, measure, investigate and experiment!
From creating colourful slime to exploring different materials and reactions, the children were fully engaged in discovering “what happens if…?”
It was wonderful to see their curiosity shine as they asked questions, made predictions, observed changes and tested their ideas through hands-on experiences.
