A Time To Dance is a co-operative of families, insured by the Home Education Network of Victoria, organised by a co-ordinator, offering opportunities for home educating families to join us for various performing arts classes, hiring a professional studio and expert staff and covering their costs without making a profit, fundraising to cover costs of our end of year performance, making the performing arts affordable for all home educating families in Melbourne's Western Suburbs.
