This week we proudly hosted Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea in support of raising much-needed funds for cancer research. We were honoured to support such an important cause, as cancer impacts so many individuals and families within our community.

A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful families, staff, and community members who contributed so generously. Your support, kindness, and donations will help fund vital research, prevention programs, and support services for those affected by cancer.
Together, we are making a difference. 💛☕️

STEM EDUCATION

Photos from Kids Academy Melton's post 17/04/2026

The children loved participating in our STEM program experience yesterday afternoon. They were immediately drawn to the activity, gathering closely around the forte with excitement and curiosity. As the experiment began, they felt the warmth of the water before their eyes were fixed on the plate, watching closely as the colors slowly spread, mixed, and moved in different directions. There were many moments of wonder and surprise, with children pointing, smiling, and sharing their thoughts with one another. Some children began making predictions about what might happen next, while others eagerly described the changes they could see, creating a highly engaging and interactive learning experience.
This supports the children’s development by encouraging curiosity, exploration, and early scientific thinking. It promotes observation skills as children watch changes occur, supports problem-solving and prediction, and builds their understanding of cause and effect. Additionally, it fosters language development as children describe what they see and share their ideas with peers and educators.
