This week at Toot Toot Werribee, our children had the wonderful opportunity to take part in a "Water is Precious" incursion — an engaging and educational experience all about the importance of water in our world! 🌏💦

Through hands-on activities and interactive learning, the children discovered just how essential water is for all living things (from humans to animals and plants).

They explored ways we use water every day and learned simple but powerful ways to help conserve it. 🌱🐸🚿

It was a fantastic way to spark curiosity and encourage care for our environment from a young age. Ask your little one what they learned — you might be surprised by how much they absorbed and are excited to share!

Our kinder children learnt about Pedestrian Safety: Learning to stop, look, listen, and think before crossing the road.

Passenger Safety: Understanding the importance of wearing seatbelts and using child car seats correctly.

Helmet Safety: Recognizing the need to wear helmets when riding bikes or scooters.

At Toot Toot we're committed to teaching our little learners the importance of road safety.

As part of our Road Safety Education program we had the visit of the Professor E. Speriment and Thingle Toodle.

Our kinder children had a fantastic opportunity to enhanced their knowledge through different road safety songs and interactive activities which help children to understand how to stay safe as pedestrians, passengers, and future cyclists!

Honouring National Sorry Day at Toot Toot 🌿

Today, our little learners gathered to reflect on National Sorry Day, a significant occasion to acknowledge the Stolen Generations and their enduring impact. Through stories and art we explored the meaning of 'sorry' and the importance of empathy, respect, and reconciliation.

Our children created a beautiful display symbolising unity and respect.

Hi everyone we are really happy as we hosted the Biggest morning tea at Toot Toot Werribee!

The children rolled up their sleeves and baked the sweetest treats—not just for fun, but for a cause.

They made and sold cupcakes to raise money for the Cancer Council, and every sprinkle and swirl of icing was filled with love and hope.

We’re so proud of their kindness, hard work, and generosity. Thank you to everyone who supported their efforts—you’ve helped make a difference.

Our little ones poured their creativity and gratitude into handmade cards for our local firefighters Werribee Fire Brigade - CFA and we had the joy of delivering them in person.

Watching the children proudly creating those cards and hand messages of thanks was a beautiful reminder of the power of community and appreciation.

Thank you to our brave firefighters for all you do — and thank you to our kids for reminding us that even small gestures can mean a lot!

At Toot Toot Werribee we celebrated Mother's Day with different activities, musical chair games, and delicious food!

Our little ones spent the week creating heartfelt crafts 💓
