🧑‍🍳 Create bite-sized mini quiche Lorraine, exploring shortcrust pastry and rich egg custard.
👨‍🍳 A fresh and vibrant Salade Niçoise, learning how to balance seasonal vegetables, protein with a light vinaigrette.
👩‍🍳 Finish with the elegant Crème Brûlée, perfecting silky custard and a caramelised sugar crust.

Do you like Crème Brûlée, quiche Lorraine, and Salade Niçoise? You're invited to enrol in our new workshop: Taste of France. 🇫🇷 Immerse yourself in the art of French cuisine. Prepare a selection of classic dishes that showcase traditional flavours and essential culinary techniques:

🌸 Women's Self-Defence Workshop 🌸 You're invited to enrol this week in our Self-Defence Workshop for Women this Saturday.

📅 Date: Saturday, 5 September 2026 12:30pm - 1:30pm
Ages 12 and up.

Join us for an engaging session where you'll learn practical self-defence techniques, improve your awareness, and build confidence in a safe, supportive environment. No previous experience is required, and women of all fitness levels are welcome.
This workshop is designed to provide valuable skills that can help you recognise, avoid, and respond to potentially dangerous situations.

🖌️ Children's Art Day Extravaganza this Saturday 👨‍🎨 Enrolment Form A on our website will lead your child to enjoying 1, 2 or 3 of our art classes this Saturday 29th August:

1) Kid’s Candle Making $17 9:30-10:30am.
2) Kid’s Water Marbling $30 11am-1pm, and
3) Kid’s Craft - Mosaic & Stain Glass Window $30 1:30-3:30pm.

Age? 5 or older. Parents are welcome to stay.
