To all our amazing educators, teachers and our chef — thank you.
Thank you for showing up, putting in the work, giving your time, your energy and your hearts to the children and families.
What you do is so much more than caring for children. YOU are shaping little minds, building confidence, creating safe spaces, nurturing relationships and helping children discover who they are and who they can become.
Every story you read, every conversation you have, every cuddle, every meal prepared, every tear you comfort, every milestone you celebrate and every challenging moment you work through is impacting lives.
Sometimes the impact we make isn't something we get to see straight away. But years from now, a child may remember the educator who believed in them, made them feel safe, listened to them, encouraged them or simply made them feel like they mattered.
Never underestimate the influence you have.
You are not just educators. You are role models and advocates. You comfort, cheerlead, story-tell, protect, listen and you are the person who makes a child's whole day a little brighter and safer.
So today, I hope you take a moment to feel proud of yourselves, what you achieve and the incredible team you are part of.
